About Lauren the Tutor!
Hi! I’m Lauren the Tutor. I recently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A in Spanish and a minor in chemistry. During my time at Pitt, I've tutored for various families in the Pittsburgh area.
I specialize in providing personalized in-person and online tutoring for students in Elementary and Middle School across all subjects, as well as High School students in core academic areas. I offer support in Science (Chemistry & Biology), Math (Algebra, Geometry, and more), English (Reading and Grammar), and ESL (English as a Second Language).
My goal is to build confidence and strengthen skills by tailoring each session to fit the unique needs of every student. I’m dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow—at their own pace and in their own way.
